She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Berthelette and Diane Waters Berthelette; her fiancé Nathaniel Welborn of Crystal Springs; her children, Dakottah Allen, Sydnee Allen, Savannah Allen and Jaxson Raye Welborn; and her sister Ashleyanne Berthelette. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
