He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Dannie Lee Houston Willoughby; and his siblings, James Edward Willoughby, Jr., Barbara Sue Breazeale and Ann Willoughby Gilmer.
He is survived by: his daughter Christy Willoughby Bell of Belzoni; and his sister Mary Joyce McCarty (Jimmy) of Pascagoula. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
