It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Joe Gee (Crowder, Mississippi), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen and Joan Dancy Gee; and his siblings, William Allen Gee, Jr., Vicky Lynn Gee, Ginger Dale Gee, Velma Livia Gee and Dale Lynn Gee.

He is survived by: his brothers, Enos Arnold Gee of Marks, MS and Brian Allen Gee (Stacy) of Como, MS; his nieces, Mavis Bean, Summer McBride and Erica Gee; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Harold, Grady Ray McBride, Samuel Bean and Andi Kate McBride.

“I remember Billy Joe, Fane, and Melanie joining our Junior Class at West Panola in 1980. We were the Class of 1982. Billy Joe was a kind person. I remember he was a severe diabetic but always had a positive attitude. May he rest in peace. My condolences to the family. Jim and Lynette McDowell”
