He was predeceased by: his parents, Robbie Maurice Terrell and Carlene Hughey Terrell. He is survived by: his wife Delane Arnold Terrell; his daughter Ellen Golden (Jesse); his grandson Thomas Alan Golden; his brother Andy Terrell (Chris); his nieces, Kayla Arnold, Katie Thomas, Kelli-Anne Sappington and Kelly Ivy; and his aunts and uncles, Carl Terrell, James Hughey, Sharon Terrell and Jo Ann Price. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
