He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Ruth Hairston; and his grandparents, Annie Lue Hairston, Jimmy Williams, Willie Turner and Maggie Lou Walker.
He is survived by: his parent Charlie James Williams (Lesa) of Crawford, MS; his stepfather James Brown (Margaret) of Brooksville, MS.; his siblings, Norlishia Williams (Timmy) of Columbus, MS, Frederick Williams (Shamedrick) of Crawford, MS and Deareake Gray (Imeka) of Crawford, MS; his grandmother Lola Mae Williams of Crawford, MS; and his close friend Mesha Sanders. He is also survived by her two children; he also leaves a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Charity Mission Full Gospel Baptist Church in Crawford MS.
