He is survived by: his wife Lillie Pearl Gray; his son Larry Gray (Shaquita) of Columbus, MS; his stepchildren, Trinnie (Shanda) of Crawford, MS, Timmie (Angie) of Corinth, MS, Rico (Lucille) of Hattiesburg, MS, Alvin Jefferson of Starkville, MS, Tyyon Jefferson of Houston, TX, Regina Jefferson Harris of Crawford, MS, Shaquitia Jefferson of Columbus, MS, Lillian Jefferson of Columbus, MS and Ytansa Barksdale (Eric) of Starkville, MS; and his siblings, R. D. Rice (Delores) of Columbus, MS, Bobby Gray of Starkville, MS, Norman Rice of Starkville, MS and Mary Rice Jones of West Point, MS. He is also survived by two sister-in-laws; five brother-in-laws; thirty grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
