She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Otto Peavler and Vera Winford Peavler; her husband Bill Hayden; and her stepmother Lucy Peavler. She is survived by: her children, William Leslie Hayden (Donna), Gale Hayden, Vera Hayden Taylor (Jim) and Betty Hayden Eaves; her sister Ida Whitaker; and her stepsister Dixie West. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
