She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Page Bauer; her son David Michael Bauer; her parents, Woodrow H. Mitchem Sr. and Runelle Mitchem Perry (Boss); and her sisters, Tamra Lynn Mitchem and Susan Elizabeth Mitchem.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Yvonne Bauer Lee (Tim) of Knoxville, TN and Frederick Scott Bauer (Beth) of Corinth, MS; her grandsons, Evan Scott Bauer (Florence) of Gluckstadt, MS and David Jeffrey Bauer of Oxford, MS; her great grandchild Jackson Scott Bauer; and her brother Woodrow H. "Sonny" Mitchem, Jr. (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL..
