He was predeceased by: his parents, W. D. Smith and Mary Gwyn Smith; and his wife Johanna Smith. He is survived by: his children, Melody Wallis (Andy) and Dee Dee Smith (Pam); his brother Brack Smith (Pat); and his grandchildren, Jason Meeks, Josh Meeks (Jamie), Kristy Barnett (Josh), Kasey Wallis, Taylor Smith and John Tyler Stanley. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; host of other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the AMEN Food Pantry or Pinevale Children Home.
