It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Nelson (Corinth, Mississippi), who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Marvin Nelson; his mother Zelma Nelson; his sister Opal Bennett; and his grandparents, Jap and Ida Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Patsy Shepard (Jesse), Christy Garrett, Tommy Nelson, Rocky Nelson and John Nelson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
