He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Parrish and Blanch Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wallace Parrish; his children, Abbie Cardwell (Lance), Christopher Parrish (Marisa) and Sean Parrish (Angie); his grandchildren, Josh Parrish, Kylie Thigpen, Seanna Pierce (Anthony), Lanie Parrish, Bryce Parrish and Peyton Parrish; and his great grandchild Declyn Parrish.
