He is survived by: his wife Patsy Moore of Selmer, TN; his daughters, Kristi Kizer (Murphy) of Murfreesboro, TN and Mandi Mulder (Syd) of Brentwood, TN; and his grandchildren, Grant Kizer of Memphis, TN, Meg Kizer of Charleston, SC, Mia Mulder of Brentwood, TN, Molly Kizer of Union City, TN and Gib Mulder of Brentwood, TN.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
