She is survived by: her daughters, MaKayla Leeann Machado and Raylee Grace Machado; her parents, Dennis Rego Machado, Jr. and Karen Lee Machado; her brothers, Dennis R. Machado III and Andrew D. Machado; her stepsister Karinani Machado of Oklahoma; her grandparents, Richard Coveney of Ramer, TN. and Dorothy Owen of Milford, CT.; her nieces and nephews, Ashley Machado, Dennis, Lil, Tony Machado, Axel Machado, Lacie Machado, Isabell Machado and Sadie; and her spouse Phillip Lee Alfred of Corinth. She is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
