She is survived by: her husband John W "Jack" Purvis; her siblings, James Rogers, Kenneth Earl Rogers (Freda) and Frances Marie Smith (C.); her children, Johnny Purvis (Cindy), Jackie Crum (Rickey) and Missy Wilbanks (James); her brother Jimmy Purvis (Marie); her grandchildren, Michael Crum (Beth Ann), Tawana Woodruff (Jason), Courtney Bayless Jamie Purvis (Shane), Emily Carmichael, Ethan Carmichael and Cole Wilbanks; her great grandchildren, Carlie Crum, Alex Herring, Wyatt Bayless, Hunter Woodruff, Weston Bayless, Jaci Woodruff, Jake Crum and Landon King; and her great great grandchild Easton Kirk.
