He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lynn Moore; his children, Cathy Tower (Scott) of Phoenix and David Plunk (Laurie) of Galesburg, Illinois; and his siblings, Thelda Church of Southaven, Ella Bailey of Southaven, Magdeline Smith of Horn Lake, Mississippi, Harold Plunk of Parsons, Raymond Plunk of Southaven and Eddie Plunk of Southaven. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
