He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thompson and Maddie Thompson; his uncles, George and Roy Tabeling; and his sister Cindee Dick.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Thompson; his children, Ashley Gray (Chandler) and Ross Thompson (Corinth); his grandchildren, Maddie, Parker Gray, Lillian and Campbell Thompson; and his children, Ole Miss and Roy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
