He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Wicker Gant. He is survived by: his daughter Baley Gant (Kyle Medlin); his father Max Gant; his brothers, Chris Gant (Sherry) and Toby Gant (Sunshine); and his nieces and nephews, Dustin Gant (Katie), Bryson Gant (Kelsey), Hayden Gant, Tyler Brown, Sadie Grace Gant, Emily Gant and Evan Gant.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
