He was predeceased by: his father Alfred L. Holloway; his siblings, Alfred L. Holloway, Judy Marie Holloway, Christine Holloway Kirk and Keithern Holloway Harris (Jimmy); and his brother-in-law David Keele.

He is survived by: his wife Inetha Holloway; his close friend Margie Watkins; his sons, Rowdy Frank Holloway, Jr. and Bryson Cummings; his grandson Ethan Holloway; and his siblings, Clifton Holloway, David Ralph Holloway, Daniel Holloway (Tracy), Kathie Holloway Keele and Rebecca Holloway Spruill (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
