He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlon Smith (Jackie Creager) and Jackie Creager; and his siblings, Landy Smith and Melanie Ann Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Shoopman (Sam), Brandy Beane (Warren) and Amy Wilkins (Dusty Chism); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Sydney, Kadence, Faith and Joseph.
