He is survived by: his wife Gladys Skinner; his children, Neal Skinner, Shawn Skinner and Brenda Skinner; his grandsons, Dewayne Skinner (Julie) and Cole Skinner; his great grandchildren, Anna Kate and Sam Skinner; and his daughter-in-law Diane Skinner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
