He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Palmer and Martha Katherine McMillian Palmer; and his brother Tommy Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Faye Palmer of Corinth; his daughter Deborah Thigpen (Dennis E.) of Killen, AL; his brothers, Jerry Palmer (Sue) of Arkansas and Marion Palmer of Monroe, LA; and his sister-in-law Rumell Palmer of Booneville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
