He is survived by: his wife Pam Null Johnston; his children, Jayson Johnston (Cindy) and Whitney Key (Jake); his brother William David Johnston; his grandchildren, Taylor Johnston, Tyler Johnston, Peyton Key, Hunter Shaw and Dyllan Shaw (Mackenzie); his father-in-law Hershell Null; and his close friends, Mike Crumby, Steve, Kim Talley, George Haynie and Jeannie Key.
