He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Joyce Phelps Hobbs; and his daughter Rebecca Hobbs. He is survived by: his father Richard Harold Hobbs, Sr.; his wife JoAnn Hobbs of Indiana; and his siblings, Donald Howard Hobbs of Corinth, MS and Amanda Burcham (Brian) of Florida.
