He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Kinman Gofourth Dupin and Fred Gofourth. He is survived by: his sons, John Gofourth (Ashley), Ricky Gofourth, Steven Gofourth, Austin Gofourth and Dylan Gofourth; his grandchildren, Sami Kate Gofourth, Kayen Gofourth, Aiden Gofourth and Ozzlee Gofourth; his siblings, Christopher Gofourth, Ronnie Wilburn, Ed Wilburn, Fred Wilburn, Kenny Wilburn (Emma), Billy Wilburn (Tina) and Becky Fitz (Bobby); and his friend Kelly Schultz.
