He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Glidewell and Ella Hodum Glidewell; and his siblings, Jackie Glidewell, Edward Glidewell, Willie B. Glidewell, Walter Glidewell, Georgie Glidewell, Marshall Glidewell, Robert Earl Glidewell and Lottie Mae Calvary.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Ruth Hastings Glidewell of Corinth, MS; his daughter Dianne Glidewell Lambert-Chester (Steve) of Eads, TN; his grandchildren, Tepen Hamm (Tyler), Isabell Goad and Jamie Goss; his sisters, Viola Yancey of Ripley, MS, Mary Alice Walters of Corinth, MS and Dorothy Null of Corinth, MS; and his sister-in-law Birdie Glidewell of Iuka, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
