It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nellie Counce (Corinth, Mississippi), who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Murrah and Marcelle Cox Murrah; her stepmother La Velle Murrah; her siblings, Alvis, Lloyd Murrah and Libby Hamm; and her siblings-in-law, Wanda Murrah, Kenneth and Sonya Counce.
She is survived by: her husband C. R. "Charlie" Counce; her children, C. R. "Chuck" Counce Jr. (Jamie) and Ginger Green (Dow); her grandchildren, Ellis Counce, Ainsley Counce, Samuel Counce, Maggie Green and Brantley Green; her sister Marcia Murrah; and her siblings-in-law, Edna Murrah, Norman Hamm, Vicky and Micky King.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Corinth-Alcorn Literacy Council or to First Baptist Church Rev. Dennis Smith will officiate the service.
