Melba Hendrix Rhodes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melba Hendrix Rhodes (Corinth, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Morphis Hendrix and Elizabeth Hendrix; and her husband Ronnie Rhodes. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Rhodes (Rhonda) and Trent Rhodes (Christy); her grandchildren, Alex Rhodes (Mycaela), Allie Evans (Noah), Lauren Rhodes and Case Rhodes; her great grandchildren, Beckett Evans, Griffin Rhodes and Bayliss Evans; and her siblings, Rodney Hendrix and Lynn Stockton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (501 Main St, Corinth, MS 38834). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
