She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Hughes and Cora Jane Grimsley Hughes; her husband Winfred Ely Shadburn; and her siblings, Raymond Hughes, R. B. Hughes, Henry Anthony, Lotus Anthony, Gladys Burcham, Shirley Clayton, Jane Mask and Ruth Anthony.
She is survived by: her children, Junior Shadburn (Tammy), Joe Shadburn and Judy Carroll Jeter (Rodney); her grandchildren, Sidney Shadburn, Summer Shadburn, Heather Blackburn (Billy), Morgan Hannigan (Thomas) and Jay Shadburn (Nikki); and her great grandchildren, Nolie Baulch-Shadburn, Ellie Shadburn and Noah Shadburn.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Funeral Home - East (2024 US-72, Corinth, MS 38834). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel (2024 US-72, Corinth, MS 38834).
