He was predeceased by: his father Homer Ayers; and his siblings, Ravis Ayers and Barbara Bousack. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ayers; his children, John Ayers (Kathy), Mark Ayers and Vickie Holden (Ricky); his siblings, Tommy Ayers (Sandra) and Pat Morgan; his grandchildren, Tyler Holden and Lauren Jones (Jordan); his stepgrandson Blaine Geer; and his great grandchild Killian Jones.
