She was predeceased by: her parents, Clovis Willis and Wilma Willis; her daughter Annetta Fowler; and her siblings, Ricky Willis, Jimmy Willis, Betty Bearden and Sarah Wilkins.

She is survived by: her husband Barry "Butch" Fowler; her children, Derinda Nunley (David), Melissa Hankins (Joseph) and Bradley Fowler; her grandchildren, Jacob Nunley, Alisa Kat Troxell, Kyrstin Troxell and Kimberly Troxell; and her siblings, Billy Joe Willis and Rebecca Feltman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
