He was predeceased by: his father Mark Miller; and also Bertha Miller. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Lancaster Miller; his children, Kevin "Scooter" Miller (Kristen), Stephen "Possum" Reed (Heather), Kenneth Dale Reed, Jr. (Emily), Jennifer "Raccoon" Moore (Steven), Kristina "Chipmunk" Swift (Anthony) and Audrey "Squirrel" Roy; his grandchildren, Ella Moore, Addison Moore, Amelia Moore, Josiah Swift, Isaiah Swift, Rachael Reed, Chessie Reed, Bradley Reed, Kitana Roy, Joseph Dickey, Heidi Dickey, Caleb Reed, Corbin Reed and Melissity Miller; and his sister Nancy Blakely (Greg).
