He was predeceased by: his parents, S. E. Warrington and Ruby Roach Warrington; his daughter Melodie Richey; and his sister Patricia Warrington. He is survived by: his children, Scott Warrington (Shannon), Lorie Robinson (Robbie) and Angie Warrington; his close friend Frankie Roach; his stepsons, Nathan Roach (Heather), Leo Roach and Bobby Roach (Myra); and his brother Lenny Warrington (Therese). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
