He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kuykendall; his children, Kim Marlar (Chad) and James Chadwick Kuykendall (Tullisha); his sister Sandy Kuykendall; his grandchildren, Trey Kuykendall, Triston Marlar, Makayla "Taterbug" Kuykendall, Ashton Marlar and Carita Kuykendall; his nephew Heath Calvery; his great-nephews, Brett and Carson Calvery; and his friend Joe Roberts.
