He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Newcomb; his sister-in-law Helen Newcomb; his nephew Jeff Newcomb; and his niece Jamie Newcomb. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Tapp Newcomb; his children, Connie Newcomb, Chris Hinds (Ricky) and Matt Newcomb; his grandchildren, Hannah Wilbanks (Doug), Cody Hinds (Shannon), Braden Hinds and Austin Newcomb; and his siblings, David Newcomb (Pearlie), Bill Newcomb (Pat), Ron Newcomb (Paula), Cindy Smart and Kathy Beckham (Jackie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
