She is survived by: her parents, Cindy Smith and Robert Bollig (Ashleigh); her brothers, Nathaniel Smith and Jacob Bollig; her stepfather Pugadad Smith; her godparents, Melissa Ferns, Kyle Pipiras, Godsisters, Haylee, Jamie Ferns, Godbrother and James Ferns; and her daughter Abbee.
But not before she became a HERO to the many recipients that she gave life to through her selfless act of full donation of organs and tissue.
