He was predeceased by: his father Jose DeHoyos; and his grandparents, Antonio and Paulita Gomez. He is survived by: his mother Ludivina Gomez; his children, Osvoldo DeHoyos, Brandon DeHoyos, Jayne Michelle DeHoyos, Karina DeHoyos and Jocelyn DeHoyos; his siblings, Veronica Espinosa, Beatriz Garcia (Salvador) and Eduardo Pena (Edna); and his aunt Elsa Reyna.
