He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie B. Cummings and Mary Ethel Ashcraft Cummings; his wife Barbara Cummings; his grandchild Whitney Thomas; and his siblings, James Cummings, Alonzo Cummings, Emma Jean Cornelius, Minnie Bradley and Ruby Wilbanks.
He is survived by: his daughter Susie Cummings of Corinth, MS; his grandson Paris Thomas (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Emily Thomas and Nevaeh Stone; and his siblings, Gene Cummings (Shirley), Henry Cummings (Debbie), Onnie Cummings of Corinth, MS, Lonnie Cummings (Janice) of Corinth, MS, Mary Sanders of Corinth, MS and Judy Bradley (Randy).
