He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Jean Coleman. He is survived by: his children, Michael Kevin Coleman (Tina) and Amanda Rea Mitchell; his grandchildren, Annalese Burns (Clay), Cortney Wilbanks, Margie Coleman, Clint Coleman, Mary Holcomb (Dusty) and Jim Deaton; and his great grandchildren, Teagan Holcomb, Dayton Burns, Darby Burns and Conley Jo.
