It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Walker of Corinth, Mississippi, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sons, Brent Walker and Douglas Walker; his parents, Luther Swain and Evie Burgess Swain; and his sisters, Brenda Spencer and Patricia Henry.
He is survived by: his children, Joy Bell (Larry) and Greg Walker (Terri); his grandchildren, Nick Briggs (Jen), Alyssa Walker, Haley Oussoren (Kade), Jordan Walker and Kaylee Bennett; the mother of his children Carolyn Walker; his siblings, Bobby Walker and Shirley Walker; and his brother-in-law Brce Crosby. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
