He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lewis; his children, Alfred Jerome Lewis and Jessica Gardner (Brian); his granddaughter McKenna Ruth Gardner; and his siblings, James Lewis (Penny), Jackie Lewis (Vickie), Jason Brown (Laura), Ganevia Dickey (Anthony), Janette Lewis and Janice Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
