She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Leo and Letha Mae Hancock Oxner; her husband James Blasingame; and her siblings, James Ralph Oxner (Rita), Rivers Gene Willis and Nancy Blasingame.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jenny Horn (Darryl) and Letha Hood (Rickey); her grandchildren, Christopher Switcher, Misty Robinson (Joey), James Horn and Thomas Horn; and her siblings, Johnny Oxner (Sherry), Billy Oxner, Betty Clark, Minnie Jane Fugitt and Louise Crum. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
