He was predeceased by: his mother Delores Kingsley; his sister Amanda Sebastian; and his stepfather Terrance Riddle. He is survived by: his father Bruce Kingsley (Betsy) of Corinth Mississippi; his children, Cameron Lucas of Ohio, Jason Kingsley Jr. of Cleveland, Jared Kingsley of Cleveland, Jordan Heaton of Cleveland, Miranda Kingsley of Wadsworth, Skyler Kingsley of Elyria and Kassidy Kingsley of Cleveland; his stepchildren, Anthony Heaton of Cleveland and Kayla Dolin of Cleveland; and his siblings, Nella Landers of Elyria, Elizabeth Fern (Todd) of Lorain and Kenny Kingsley of Cleveland. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
