He is survived by: his sons, Perry Neal Mincy (Mary Kay) and Charles Wesley Mincy (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ashley Mincy, Shelby Mincy, Miranda Jablonski (Jeremy), Charles Mincy, Samuel Mincy, Gregory Cox, Nathaniel Cox and Brayden Cox; his great grandchild Charles Anthony Mincy; and his siblings, John W. Mincy (Katherine), Joanne Hindmon, Faye Shaalan, Gail Stables, Doris Holder and Beverly Wolfe-Bociek (Bob).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be to the Alzheimer's Foundation or the Youth Group of Strickland Church of Christ.
