He was predeceased by: his father Homer Foust; his wife Brenda Foust; and his siblings, Homer Foust, Jerry Foust and Janice Britt.
He is survived by: his sister Rachel Bates (Bill Bass); and his nieces and nephews, Bud Bates (Kelly), Kenneth Britt (Danielle), Mary Ann Kiddy and Amy Foust.
