He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Wilson Starnes and Hazel Powers Starnes; and his sisters, Linda Jane Highland and Debbie Strange. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Hagen of Corinth; his children, James Archie Starnes, Jr. of Ocean Springs, MS, Archie William Starnes of Rienzi, Buddy Starnes of Dixon, TN and Ramona Turner of Washington; and his sister Sandra Kay Vincent of Corinth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
