He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce E. Turner of Pine Bluff, AK; his son Ronald R. Turner; and his parents, Hugh Turner and Willie Bond Turner. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Adams (Nathan); and his brother Hugh Gene Turner (Janice). He is also survived by nephew and nieces.
