He was predeceased by: his father Percy George; and his son Stephen George. He is survived by: his mother Jonnie George of Corinth; his children, Melissa and Chris George (Jackie); his brothers, David George (Enya), Gary George (Carla), Charles George (Sharen) and Danny McDowell; and his grandchildren, Ellisti and Aiden George.
