He is survived by: his significant other Charles Youngerman; his wife Nancy Davis Patrick of Corinth, MS; his children, Kenneth Harold Patrick of Pensacola, FL, Ronnie Sleeper (Natalie) of Corinth, MS, Todd Sleeper (Hannah) of Franklin, TN, Charlotte Curtis (Breck) of Corinth, MS and Sharon Franks of Corinth, MS; his grandchildren, Laurin Lopez (Ricardo), Drew Patrick (Katie), Erin Moss, Zack Grier, Heather Burnett (Rusty), Hunter Curtis, Caroline Sleeper, Payne Sleeper, Jackson Sleeper, Reed Sleeper and Hank Sleeper; his great grandchildren, Katelyn Shelton, Brynn Moss, Presley Moss, Aubrey Grier, Thomas Patrick, Henry Patrick and Raphael Lopez; his sister Rosemary Landreth of Selmer, TN; and his sister-in-law Bobbie Patrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that interested donors make a contribution of any amount to the Tennessee Baptist Children's Homes at P.O. Box 2206, Brentwood, TN 37024.
