He is survived by: his wife Joyce Plunk; his sons, Michael Johnson (Mary Ann) and Terry Plunk (Brittney); his sisters, Nila Gilliland (Larry), Reta Baswell (Hillie) and Glenda Ray; and his grandchildren, McCay Johnson and Micah Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
