He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Johnson and Henry Russell McFall; his wife Virginia Blount McFall; and his brothers, James Richard McFall of Dresden, TN and Henry Ancil McFall of Savannah, TN..

He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Brown (Joe) of Germantown, TN, Lisa Pannell (Robert) of Greenwood, MS, Michael McFall (Paige) of Corinth, MS and Mark McFall of Corinth, MS; his grandchildren, Preston Brown (Elizabeth), Holly Ann Pannell Singh (Jason), Haley McFall, Jackson Pannell (Mary Key), William Brown (Raines Ivey), Wesley McFall, John Michael McFall (Mary Frances), Steve Pannell, Carson McFall and Jane Rob Pannell; and his great grandchildren, Ann Pinder, Jack, Walt Singh and Ava Grace Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
